Hello

First post, gotta make it a good one, don't know what I would do with myself if I couldn't come up with something interesting in my first post. I mean if I start out poorly, where does that leave me. A blog will make or break a man, I've seen it all too many times. One wrong move and the man is out to get'cha. If something goes wrong with this first post I might wind up with cement shoes playing chess with Jimmy Hoffa, discussing the ups and downs of socialized medicine. Really though isn't that something that should be provided? Sure having competition is supposed to lower costs and provide better services, but do we really want people competing over who gets you in and out of the emergency room fastest? I feel like there are certain institutions that would benefit from a federalization. There would certainly be drawbacks and they (who ever was in charge) would probably screw it up somehow and it would take like 4 days to get an aspirin with forms needed to filled in triplicate just to wipe your ass while you are at the doctors.

But I digress; First posts should always end with a bang. Bang.
